Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return under the following conditions:
The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
The request is made within 2 to 3 days of delivery.
Usage Information: Pages visited, browsing behavior, device details, IP address, and cookies to improve your experience.
Returns are not accepted for:
Opened, used, or partially consumed products.
Products purchased during discounts, promotions, or clearance sales.
Items damaged due to mishandling after delivery.
Return Process
1. To initiate a return, please contact us at 8099999969basha@gmail.com within the eligible period.
2. Provide your order number, reason for return, and product images (if applicable).
3. Once approved, you will receive instructions for shipping the product back to us.
4. Return shipping costs may be borne by the customer unless the product was delivered defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Refunds will be processed only after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (defective/damaged/incorrect product).
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped
Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
If eligible, prepaid order cancellations will be refunded within 3 business days.
Damaged or Wrong Products
If you receive a damaged, defective, or wrong product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
